| Greg Gonzalez - President and
CEO |

Greg provides strategic leadership for SQL
Sentry and is intimately involved with the product architecture and
development. His vast DBA experience with Microsoft SQL Server enables
Greg to play a key role with product strategy.
Prior to founding SQL Sentry in 2004, Greg led the successful software development and hosting divisions of SQL Sentry's parent organization, InterCerve. InterCerve has seen strong growth every year since its founding in 1997. The hosting division was acquired in 2006, enabling Greg and his talented technical team to focus their energies entirely on the SQL Sentry business, with dramatic results. Previous experience includes technology consulting for various Fortune 500 companies, and software development and management responsibilities for Baxter Healthcare Corporation. |

| Ken Teeter -
Executive Vice President |

Ken provides strategic direction
for SQL Sentry sales and marketing initiatives as well as
manages the financial and operational support for the
organization.
Prior to founding SQL
Sentry in 2004, Ken led the sales,
marketing, and financial initiatives
for InterCerve's hosting and development
services. Previous experience includes consulting services in the
travel
and tourism industry, and engineering,
sales, and managerial responsibilities at Valassis
Communications from 1984 through 2000.

| Nick Harshbarger - Vice President Sales and Marketing |

Nick is responsible for leading
SQL Sentry's worldwide sales and marketing efforts. With over
20 years
of sales and sales management experience in various high technology
industries, Nick's responsibility is to guide the rapid growth of the
SQL Sentry sales organization and its strategies.
Prior to joining SQL Sentry in 2006, Nick was Vice President of
National & Strategic Accounts for Dictaphone - Healthcare Division.
Previous experience includes sales management positions with Computer
Associates, NEC Computer USA, Tegra Varityper, and Heath/Zenith Computer
Systems.

| Peter Shire - Director of Partner Relationships |

Peter manages partner relationships and channel sales for SQL Sentry. With over 18 years of progressively increasing responsibilities, Peter's business development experience covers a broad background in many industries including technology, pharmaceutical and financial services.
Prior to joining SQL Sentry in 2004, Peter led the sales and marketing efforts for Utopia Systems, a Microsoft-focused hosting solution provider. Previous experience includes marketing director for Net Ventures Inc. and account executive for Microsoft Corporation, where he developed and managed reseller programs.

| Brooke Philpott - Director of Product Development |

Brooke leads the development effort for SQL
Sentry software products. His strengths in multi-threaded programming,
visual component development, network programming, and database
development have been instrumental in the development of SQL Sentry.
Prior to joining the organization in 2000,
Brooke developed both desktop and internet applications for the Windows
platform with Norman Technologies. |

| Steven Wright

Product Support |

Steve directs customer support activities
including technical sales support, customer evaluation services,
implementation services, and application review/testing for SQL Sentry.
Steve holds MCSD, MCDBA, OCDBA 8i, and IT Project+ certifications.
Prior to joining SQL Sentry in 2005, Steve developed and presented
web based training courses for Wachovia Bank. Previous experience
includes education positions at Techskills and Charlotte Mecklenburg
Schools. |
